  • I don't know when my agreement is expected for renewal.
    We prescribe you contact your provider and ask them when your agreement terminates, and how much notice you have to give.
  • My present provider has protested the exchange, what should I do?
    You should contact your present provider to confirm the reason for their complaint. It may be due to:
    - An outstanding debt, which must be cleared before the exchange can happen.
    - An active agreement still in place — please inform us so we can assist you accordingly.
  • I sent the signed contract back but haven’t heard anything, why?
    We confirm all agreement submissions received. If you haven’t received a confirmation, we likely haven’t received it. Please scan and email the signed agreement to support@boltwhiz.co.uk to ensure delivery.
  • I don’t know my yearly usage of gas or electricity. How can I find out?
    You can contact your current provider or estimate it from your last bill's usage details.
  • Why can’t I just accept your prices without signing an agreement?
    Energy providers require a signature to secure business energy prices. Click-to-confirm is not currently accepted.
  • I have more than one site — can you help?
    Yes! You can request a quote for each site individually on our website or call us at (017) 864 971 83 to explore additional savings.
  • Can I get a quote for gas and electricity together?
    No. Providers quote for business electricity and gas separately, and they are offered under separate agreements.
  • What’s the difference between commercial and domestic power costs?
    Commercial energy is usually fixed-term and fixed-rate, while domestic energy is typically on a 30-day variable tariff, meaning rates can change anytime.
  • I’ve received a renewal offer from my current provider. What should I do?
    Compare it with our rates. 99% of the time, our prices are more competitive. Make sure to inform your provider if you are declining their offer.
  • Aren’t all power suppliers the same?
    No, power suppliers’ prices vary significantly from week to week. Always compare prices when your agreement is up for renewal.
  • The prices changed after I received your estimates. Why?
    Commercial energy prices fluctuate frequently. We recommend signing your contract as soon as possible after receiving an estimate.
  • I've gotten my renewal offer from my current provider. What should I do?
    Check our available rates and compare them. Most likely, our offers are more competitive. Inform your provider if you choose to decline their renewal.
